    Problem Redeeming Points Card

    Uh No, I did not purchase anything. I redeemed the 1400 points card I bought today !!!

    Anyway your response sucks. I just checked Xbox Live support and they are having problems with Accounts Management

    which includes Redeeming M/S Points Cards

    .

    Problem Redeeming Points Card

    Hey, I'm having a problem . I just redeemed a 1400 M/S Points Card ,but my balance only showed 610 Points. It should be 1410, I had 10 M/S Points from a previous transaction. Anyone else having this Problem > I recieved the regular E-mail from Xbox LIVE
    saying Thankyou for redeeming a 1400 M/S Points Card, but I only got 600 Points. What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im having thay same problem with a dlc i bought from amazon it is for GTA V and i i try to redeem and get error sayingThis code is invalid or has been used by another owner but i know it hasnt so please help xbox!!!

    reasons why a card can be giving that error:

    1: the card was not activated properly at check out or before being mailed out

    2: the code was not entered correctly you may have mistaken a 8 for a B or a 0 for a O etc

    3: region issue, your location does not match where the card came from (US card wont work on a UK account)
