Problem with redeem code

Prezados, boa noite.

Adquiri um código digital para renovar a assinatura da minha Xbox Live Gold por mais 12 meses. No entanto, a validação do código está dando o seguinte erro:

Tentei diversas vezes inserir e validar o código pelo PC e pelo console todas as vezes apareceu o erro.

Gostaria de solicitar auxílio com a questão, haja vista que o código já foi pago. Usualmente, sempre renova diretamente pelo cartão, mas a transação também não estava sendo efetuada. Por essa razão adquiri o código digital e mesmo assim não consigo validar.

I would like to ask for help with the question, since the code has already been paid. Usually, it always renews directly through the card, but the transaction was not being performed either. For that reason I got the digital code and still can not validate.

Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?
