    Problem with : Redeem Code for Xbox Live


    Dear Support,

    Since 25-6-2017 my Xbox live was expired, I immediately bought 12 months xbox live.

    I have tried many times to activate it but I was keep getting the notification: There has gone something wrong on our side please try again later. Notification number : 4tioajNBR0mN9VVO.8.10

    A couple days later I was getting the same notification so I tried to activate it on my PC.

    And finally with succes the code was accepted and My 12 Months were activated on my account.

    I logged in on my Xbox One and tried to play online but guess what...
    No Xbox Live was activated on my account.

    I am trying to find a telefphone number so I can explain the problem but without succes.

    I am trying to fill in a file for a Call me Back register but I am keep getting a message that my Name is invalid.... but I can't change it !!!!!

    can somebody please contact Me as I have the feeling I wasted € 60,- and I want them back or my xbox live must be activated.

    Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

    This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

    Need help getting my live to work

    I have the same problem I bought a digital code for xbox live, my money is gone but no live. Where is the redeem code? I suppose Microsoft will send me the redeem code to my email or live will start to work automatically.

    Moreover, it's IMPOSSIBLE, to email a problem and those automated virtual 'helperd' don't hepp at all!!!
