Problem With “Quests”

So, to start off, I’ve been a member of Xbox Live for almost 10 years now and I’ve never had an issue this blatantly confusing, weird and unsolvable as this one is. A problem so complex that even the phone support had to just divert me to a forum in desperate
hopes that this issue be resolved. Quests. I can’t access them. Apparently a ton of people can, and do. I’ve done everything on the FAQ’s, I’ve reset my Xbox, I’ve even had a friend sign into my profile on his Xbox to see if the option is there and it isn’t.

“Go to the Gold tab!”

I did. Nothing there.

If you were looking at my Xbox itself, you wouldn’t know that these fabled Quests even existed. I need help. Real help. Like “I’m here to make everything better and make sure this doesn’t happen again” help. Because this issue is honestly enough to make
me want to switch consoles. Don’t advertise something and then not let me participate in it and tell me you can’t do anything to help me because, yeah, this is a first time issue.

Reload an old save. After I escaped with the Forsworn, I never attacked the actual guards.

Which Thieve's Guild quest is it? You might be able to find a workaround in some way, depending on which one it is.

Can you tell us in detail what steps the chat team had you try? It seems a bit strange they would send you here as they have more account access than we do.

Do you have that transcript handy by chance?

To be sure are you having issues with Xbox quests or Xbox Game Pass quests?
