    Problem with puzzle downloading


    I've purchased with my gold to download a collection, the gold was taken but the download has still not working. And I can't download the free puzzle collections, too. What is the problem? How can I fix it?

    need help

    I have tried to purchase 3 puzzles with coins, which were deducted immediately, but the three puzzles were not downloading even though it says downloading. Volcanos, heart shapes and covered bridges. Can you please fix this problem?

    I've deleted microsoft jigsaw and intalled again, now the downloading works Problem with puzzle downloading :) Thank you for your help!

    Jigsaw Download Failure

    I cannot download collections of puzzles now - apparently this is a recurring problem. Coins are subtracted but puzzles are unavailable to play.

    I have the same problem. When I first got Windows 10, I had no problems downloading any of the puzzles. I had to reinstall Windows 10 about 2 months ago, and since then, I have not been able to download any of the puzzles (99.5% of which I had already purchased
    with points). When I try to download any of the puzzles, it crashes.
