Problem with purchasing gold

I can't purchase gold to go online with the money in my Microsoft account why is that?

Anyone have an Idea?

Having the same problem with trying to putchade gold and it stating “gold purchasing is unavailable at this time”. Hard reset and wifi disconnect doesn’t sort this problem out so maybe a problem with their servers (again)?

Problem purchasing Xbox 360 games with GOLD

Hey there RISEN UA,

As Smwutches mentioned, if you're in the Ukraine you'll need to be using the Ukraine Xbox Store for 100% compatibility, we don't have the ability to assign or offer past promotions, so we wouldn't be able to grant your request of assigning older games that
were in the program. If a game wasn't officially released in the region you're located in, then you may have problems obtaining the game.

To be able to shop and use the US Xbox Store without limitations, you'd need to be physically located in the United States.

It needs a renewable payment option

You never can buy currency cards and pay for subscriptions regardless of service so I donno where you got that idea

It is clearly stated on the currency cardif you want pay as you go subscription your only option is prepaidprepaid membership cards at full cost

And forgo any promotions online

As ngocphi states, it just isn't possible to use the account funds to pay for a subscription, you would instead need to either pay online using a debit/credit card, or purchase a pre-paid card at a store that is explicitly for an Xbox Live Gold membership.

I'm having the problem with Jigsaw, where I've "purchased" new puzzles with in-game gold. I'm not having the problem with Treasure Hunt, where I've purchased in-game enhancements with in-game gold, nor with Sudoku or Minesweeper. I've installed no updates
and neither purchased nor installed any new software.
