    problem with profile name


    Hi, After buying Geforce 1070 i recieved Gears of War 4 game. I had to create my xbox profile so i choose to log in by the windows account. The system automaticly sets my profile's name to: "". Why the system set my nickname without asking
    me what nickname i would like to have? When i wanted to change it in my profile's opttions, it says that i can only change it once for free. I dont want to loose my free change just because the system gives me this nickname. Can you give me a possibility to
    change my nickname without loosing that "one free profile's name change" ?

    I apologize for the double post, but it won't allow my friends to use that name either. So far three of my buddies have reported it won't let them use that name.

    The only reasons I can think of that this name would be restricted is racism and/or a total mistake... I've done numerous dictionary searches and nothing remote vulgar or rude has the word Luis in it. I am not sure as to why this name is restricted. Any
    help from the official enforcement team would be greatly appreciated.

    The gamertag Luis already exists on the Xbox Live service. As to why it is restricted is unknown to me but either way you will not be able to make this your name on Xbox Live.
