Problem with Preview Program

So I called Xbox Support about a problem with my dashboard on my Xbox one, icons and names aren't loading at all, So I have to guess what I'm starting up, and I was told that I got accepted into the preview program, I do NOT have the message from xbox yet,
I do NOT have access to the preview forums, This is completely unfair, I cant even see what I'm trying to start, and I don't even have the opportunity to fix it, anyone else having this problem or have an idea on how to fix it?

Hi there CorruptEpiphany As has been stated in previous forum topics relating to the preview program, just because you get an invite to the preview program doesnt mean your guranteed access instantly. Support add gamers by batches or waves to the preview
program so if you dont get in this month have a friend on your friends list reinvite you next month.

i have been sent multiple invites from 2 members of the program, but I never received word from anyone. Please help!

What version OS are you currently running on your console? To see this press "Menu" from your home screen, go to "Settings", then select "System", and then select "Console Info". That will definitely help with us assisting you. If you're having issues
with the icons on your console, then I would suggest trying the following.

Hard Reset:

1. With your console on, hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until it quickly shuts off..

2. Turn the console back on and see if the icons are back.

Remove and add your profile back.

2. To add your profile back, go to the top right where your profiles are, and then follow the steps to add another.

If your still having issues,
click here to factory reset your console. If after a factory reset you're still having issues you may want to do a
repair here.

 

Hello I'm having problems with the new update I'm guessing for the new dashboard when I turn my system on the Xbox one screen comes on an load for about 5mins then goes too a black the dashboard doesn't load on my TV I can't see nothing but if I hold the
Xbox guide button It pops up an say shut down console or turn off controller but nothing else comes on my screen it's really unfair that I can't do nothing is there anything I can do to fix this please help me I would appreciate it

 

I have the same issue. Friends list is not accurate either. I have restored my console to factory settings and still no fix. After re installing the witcher 3 I cannot access save game files from the cloud. Also can't access Xbox store. Rendering my Xbox
one useless!!? Help!

 

I am also having the same issue I turn on my Xbox one and the loading screen appears and after about 5 minutes it is just a black screen is there a solution for this problem of so I need help

 

I was forced to update at 1am on October 27th and now I am going to a green screen then to a system error:
