    Problem with Preview Program Dashboard download


    *I think I submitted a previous forum post in the wrong forum so that can be deleted. This is the proper place it seems for this post.

    Hi - I spoke to Xbox Chat Support and they told me to enter a post here about my issue.

    I'm in the Xbox Dashboard Preview Program and I received the download for the new Xbox One Dashboard a week or two ago. It failed to download/install and I was left with the original dashboard. I tried to find how to re-try this download but I haven't
    been able to locate anything that would allow me to try the download again. Xbox Support said someone here could push the update to my console again? That would be great if you guys can do that. You can verify that I'm in the program - Xbox GT:

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

    I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

    okay that does nothing except put me into the dashboard preview program I don't want to be on that. I want to report a problem with my dashboard not go onto a preview program. this is really getting frustrating.

    Xbox One Preview Program Question

    Each console has to be enrolled in order to be in the preview program. You should have the preview dashboard app downloaded on each console in order to enroll it.
