    Problem with prepayd codes (Gears of War 1,3)


    When I try to activate gift codes for Gears of War 1.3 games on Xbox One, I get the

    error "You can get this product in the currently selected language."

    I tried to set English language and the region of unated states - it did not help.

    When I try to activate the code through the site I get an error:

    Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

    При попытке активировать подарочные коды на игры Gears of War 1,3 на Xbox One получаю ошибку "Вы не можете купить этот товар на выбранном сейчас языке. Измените языковой регион в параметрах или перейдите по адресу microsoft.com//redeem."

    Пробовал установить английский язык и регион unated states - не помогло.

    При попытке активации кода через сайт получаю ошибку:

    Those games are region locked so usually problems with downloading are region related. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available.

    this is most likely caused by a region difference, several Xbox 360 games are regionally locked and can only be redeemed and downloaded in the actual region. So if the games were for example UK games, they can only be downloaded by a UK account in a physical
    location that is located in the UK. These regional options usually can not be set via the Xbox One console.

    To determine if that is indeed the case, you might want to contact official Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Chat support) via Contact Us | Xbox Support

    I can not redeem a prepaid code Gears of War 3, it just give me an error message

    Xbox Promotions, I can not redeem the code!!! Just saying something wrong, I have other code for Gears of War 2 and it works fine!!!
