    Problem with Pre Order punch card


    On the digital pre-order punch card that is running from Oct 1-Dec 31, it is showing I only have pre-ordered one game from the list, however I have pre-ordered two. I purchased Skyrim and Xenoverse 2 special edition at the same time on the same day (Friday,
    October 21st) but it is not showing that I pre-ordered Xenoverse 2. I do not understand why it is not being counted when it should.

    Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    We have determined that there is an issue properly recognizing the Deluxe Edition of Xenoverse 2. We are currently in the process of correcting this issue. When I can confirm with our platform team that this issue has been deployed, I'll update you here!
