Problem with payments on x-box one account

Hello! I have my X-box one for few weeks. When I made my account I couldnt choose my country, there wasn't such possibility. I took one. Now I wanted to make payment for fortnite game (LiveGold), but I cant make it. I already saved mu debitcard data on
my account, but when I want to make a payment, it asks my card data. I fill all fields, bu the postal code is incorrect ewery time. it writes "Incorrectly formated postcode". I Try many ways, but it dont work. Where could be the problem?

Hi, your card details (country and address) need to be the same as the Country your Xbox account is set to. Here is a list of supported Xbox Live Countries https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/countries

Thank you keeping us updated. The payment instrument may not work due to Latvia not being supported. The reason for this is because the country is not able to access the Xbox marketplace. Therefore, the account cannot complete a purchase for any Xbox items.
We recommend to keep an eye on the
list of supported countries that was provided by Njal the Blue in case the country gets added to the list in the future. We hope this helps!

Hello! Ok, I udestand. Haw about paypal, doesn't it also work if Latvia isn't supported?

Hello! I know that they dont match because Latvia is not supported country. Does it mean that I cant play fortnie on my xbox?
