    I have a problem with my automatic renewal payment for xbox live and xbox game pass, i can't remove it, this website told me it's not possible to remove it, it's a problem cause i don't need subsciption every time, thank you

  3. Various Payment Issues - Xbox Game Pass

    I first bought Xbox Game Pass about 3 weeks ago with a debit card, and after my 14-day trial expired, the first monthly payment was taken from my card. Roughly 5 days after that, any time I tried to boot up an Xbox Game Pass game, I was told I needed
    to renew a subscription. When I went to My Subscriptions, it said that my subscription had been suspended due to a past-due payment. When I went to renew this payment, before I could do anything, I received an error message stating that this payment option
    had been declined. I tried renewing this from Xbox.com, but the "My Subscriptions" page won't even load. I get an error message saying "Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help," indefinitely.

    I then tried to purchase other items off the Xbox Live Marketplace with this debit card, and they all worked perfectly without any issues. This led to me to believe it was just a problem with Xbox Game Pass. 5 days have now passed, and considering how everybody
    can use Xbox Game Pass except for me, I am at a complete loss as to what to do. I have tried four different payment options to purchase Xbox Game Pass, but I receive the same error message every time. I also can't remove any payment options from my profile
    anymore as of 3 days ago. Again, I can buy anything with my profile and payment options except for Xbox Game Pass. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for replying so quickly, it certainly eases my frustration! I verified my billing address, and unfortunately it was the same as my payment card - I'll get on the phone to Xbox support right away. Thanks again for your help :)

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sometimes this issue can occur if the billing address listed in your Microsoft account doesn't match up with the address information on the card that you may be wishing to use for payment. If you've
    already verified that they do match up after logging into your Microsoft account to

    manage your payment options
    , then you may simply need to request a call back from Xbox Support so that they can assist you. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
    When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----Select See other options
    • Step 3 ----Select topic
    • Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
    • Step 5 ----Select request a call from support


    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. You may need to switch up topics, etc. until you get the option to request a call back.

    With this issue, you will need to contact support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
