Problem with payment of xbox game pass for pc

I'm trying to pay xbox game pass for pc. Immediately began to give an error, as in the screenshot, only the date was different.

Then a notice arrived that the money was written off.

The game pass has not been activated, but now offers to buy a month for $ 5. When you try to pay, it gives the same error. I tried to pay with different cards and paypal account. The result is the same.

With this issue, you will need to contact support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Now it all depends on what you are gaming on. If you are only using a PC, you will only need Game Pass PC (beta) Your PC will need to be running the latest Windows 10 update of 1903. If it can't install, then your PC doesn't meet the minimum standard.

If you are gaming on a console, signing up for Game Pass Ultimate is the cheapest option, as it gives you Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold in one cheaper package, with the bonus of Game Pass PC (beta) thrown in.

You will need a valid payment method (as stated) credit/debit card etc for the reoccurring monthly payments.

You can always go for Xbox games pass ultimate which is both together and works with the pc as well in one simple payment instead of 2 separate payments

This is understood, but in the application it clearly says that the 18 is renewed, not the 11.
