    Hi FAROUKk, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

    FAROUK, I’m afraid that at least online, there is no other payment method than by credit or debit card. You can try creating a PayPal account and adding one of those cards you have as backup in order to purchase the subscription. The only other way is through specific prepaid cards for the subscription you want, which you can find in department stores and shops in your country.

    Hi, I have problems paying for the game pass test since at the time I am putting the data of my card it tells me that there is an error with the service and I want to know if I am the only one with this problem.
    Right now, looking at the Xbox LIVE Status, there are no issues right now. If you have another payment method you can try, do that. If all else fails, contact Xbox Support and they will be able to help you.
