    so I play rainbow six siege and ended up buying 1200 credits and then another 600 credits straight after, I have the conformation emails and both codes but the credits haven't come through in game, can someone please help me

    You should contact Xbox Support to investigate this. You can chat with them online here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They will be able to help find what happened to these and if required, issue any refunds.

    Does your account region and actual region and console region and language region match if not that would be why

    You must change the acount regions at https://accounts.microsoft.com and migrate my region

    Then match your other settings

    If you dont live in an xbox live region it wont work

    Yes i have. It's quite unfortunate. But i will try removing my Xbox Live account so that i can re-download it. Hopefully that works.
