    when resetting your password through Microsoft.com you are required to use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols. The Xbox 360 does not give you access to the symbols when typing your password. There are only a couple of symbols
    available on the keyboard provided but you do not know what they are if you aren't looking at it. This makes it a craps shoot with very low odds of making a password from your computer or other device that you can actually log in on your Xbox with. By the
    way, since I have taken the time to make you aware of this, do you suppose you could give me some free time on Xbox gold? My account has expired and I haven't renewed due to lack of funds.

    I need help with the exact problem.

    i tried resetting the password but because i dont know enough info on that email (cause i never used that account)

    it fails to work need help asap

    You must have a high sensitivity on your controller settings reduce it to a newbie level.

    Hey mate, you are not required to use a symbol, I'm not sure where you are getting that from as my password does not have a symbol in it, I use a combination with a capital letter and numbers which is more than safe enough.

    You really haven't made them aware of anything, I'm sorry, but you're not going to get any free gold time for posting here....
