Problem With party chat and latest update.

Hello xbox one forum . I somehow (unvoluntarily) got signed up for " Xbox Preview " and now my $600 console is absolutely useless. Thank you! Since I got the initial dashboard update no one has been able to hear my voice in party or game chat , I have
updated my controller I have restarted my modem and all of the trouble shooting options that are available both online and over the phone . Every resource I have tells me to wait ! Good thing I pay for a service that works right? So now I have to sit in silence
and play my games which I can live with for now. BUT I turn on my xbox today to be greeted with a 3.5 GB update that stops working at 90% everytime!!!! And I can not do an offline update nor am I willing to factory reset my xbox . Thanks a lot Microsoft ,
I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years and have never been kept in the dark with this much limited information about problems with my console as I have been now. No one on 18004myxbox can help me and they refer me to these forums for help? I don't
think it's fair I randomly got chosen to test your updated dashboard . I just want to play my overpriced game console in peace and have it work when I press the $600 dollar power button. Please if you can put out some useful information that can fix these
issues so people like me can sell their xbox and move on.

Private and Party Chat does not work after latest 360 update (asumption)

After the latest xbox 360 update I can't connect to or invite others to party chat (not possible at this time try later). Its the same for private chat. Only game chat works (TW14). Any solution or anybody got the same problem?

 

Party chat issues

hello all,

ive been having issues with party chat and I've raised the problem with Xbox support. I was wondering if any of you are having the same problems?

im unable to connect to any of my friends party chat either joinable or invite only. They too can't join any other party and get the same initial fault code 0x807d0106 which is something to do with NAT. We've checked everything on our consoles and routers
and everyones NAT is open. Oddly game chat works fine, the problem just seems to be isolated to party chat itself. I'm not sure but everything was working fine until the latest update which I installed yesterday evening.

Any feedback would be appreciated

Hey, I'm having issues as a result of this new update as well, except mine is completely bricked. I can't get anything to work. Usually I'm stuck on the green loading screen. I even tried a factory reset and it didn't fix anything. If you hear anything,
please report back, and I'll do the same. If it's any consolation, you are not alone.

Also, I'm going to as many gaming news websites to report my experience. I hope if the media covers it, we'll get some prompt resolution. I implore you to do the same.

Is your console used? If so, the previous owner may have been in the preview program. If it is not, the preview program isn't completely random. you have to be invited by a friend, and then approve membership by downloading the preview app and opting in
to the update. If you want out of the program, you can opt out in the Preview app. Go to Registration, Change, and then you can completely opt out of the program, or opt out of the New Xbox One Experience. However, this will factory reset your console, which
will cause you to have to reinstall all games and apps that are on the internal hard drive, so I would move them to an external drive if possible.

 

my xbox has been having the same problem with the update it always stops at 40 mb then says there was a problem with the update its very annoying i even factory reset it and still the same thing so thanks a lot xbox
