    Problem with opting-out


    Hi.

    I have a problem with my account. My deposits aren't going through.

    You advised me to opt-out out of the program and then register again - you stated that there is a problem with my region.

    I did, as you advised - I opted out of the program, but after a week nothing happend. Join date still displays some date and not "???" as it should be.

    Could you assist me?

    Opting out of Xbox rewards.

    Hello,

    Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
    of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
    the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    I opted out of Xbox rewards and was wondering when my credits and gems would be converted into currency.

    Problem with opting-out

    Hello Geralt18,

    We see that you are still registered into our program. Since Poland - your Microsoft Account region - is not a Rewards eligible region, the only way to solve your deposit issue is to change your Microsoft Account region to the US from the commerce page at
    (Sign in to your Microsoft account) to match your US Rewards Account.
