Problem with online achievements (offline)

Hello guys,

I have a problem with some achievements in my profile. Well got some achievements in Forza Horizon in my online profile on the console it appears normal on the day I got here and the site is showing OFFLINE, what do I do ?. I made a video of the dashboard
to look at the achievements









Microsoft issue? or my connection?

I await answers

Achievements Dissapeared...

All of the achievements you got in the original game were unlocked offline. That may be the problem. If you earn achievements offline you must be signed in to that copy of the profile next time you sign in. There are 2 copies of your profile - offline and
online. They are usually always in sync. But if you take a copy to a mates place or have an offline console they can get out of sync. If you then recover your profile you replace your offline profile with the out of date online profile.

 

Achievement, but no Score added

Are you sure that you did not earn these achievements offline? I have checked your online list of achievements, and it does not seem to reflect you having them at all. If you have been offline or played on another console, please connect to the internet
with the console that you earned the achievements on and see if that resolves the problem.

Sorry to hear about the achievement issue. Did you you earn the achievements offline and then reconnect? When you do that it shows the date you earned the achievement on the console, but on the website it would still show "Offline".

 

Wanted to find a solution to this problem, I can not understand why

 

Porfavor look at the video, there will be some achievements to date with the DLC Forza Horizon and an achievement of Gears Of War, but if you open the site they appear offline wanted to fix this site

 

Unfortunately as I stated before, if the achievements were acquired while you are offline, they will appear that way on the website. Sadly there isn't anything we could do to change the way your achievements appear on the website.
