    I have a problem, with your service, I have not received 2000 credits for challenge (Freedom Rewards) i spent more than $390 on Saturday 11 at 6 pm and I have not been given those credits.

    Please answer, I need help with that problem.

    I would recommend not turning off 2FA, as that is always a good security measure. I'd have to say following through for the App Password, and following

    the steps here to generate it
    the steps here to generate it are the best route, and can be re-done if they don't work the first time. Since you're generating
    the app password, you remember your account information, to get into the system, so I'd say try the App Password route a few more times, which should work. I remember when I did it after turning on 2FA, there was a step I missed that I had to do a couple
    of times before I realized I was doing something wrong.

  3. Problem with service

    I cant get into my xbox360 gold account. It says the email and password doesnt work so i logged into create a app password amd it say there is a temporary problem with the service. I tried turning 2 step verification off too and it says the same thing.
    On the xbox it gives me code 8015D002. This is really pissing me off because its done this for three days.

    Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So it would still be a little too soon to see credits pending.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity. Since your purchase was made on the 12th, it is too early to see those purchases processed.

    Really sorry to hear about the troubles! When you received your console, did you need to reinstall any of the games? If the console returned with the games installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling one to see if there's any change. Let us know if that helps
