Problem with new games with gold

So I have been trying to play one of the new games with gold Knights of pen and paper but when I go to play it it says "Do you own this game or app" I have tried hard resetting my Xbox even uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it still says the same
thing.

Are you trying to play "Games with Gold" that you had previously claimed? Or is this a problem claiming new Games with Gold?

I'm having the problem with Jigsaw, where I've "purchased" new puzzles with in-game gold. I'm not having the problem with Treasure Hunt, where I've purchased in-game enhancements with in-game gold, nor with Sudoku or Minesweeper. I've installed no updates
and neither purchased nor installed any new software.

I have found a workaround to the problem, which works for me:

- create a new account on XBox One

- Sign in using your main account (the one with XBox Live Gold)

- Add new account as an adult family member, which will give the new account XBox Live Gold access

- Sign in with the new account and start FIFA14. All game modes are available to the new account.

I think that this proves that the problem lies with some bug with the EA account associated with the problem gamertag.

Ok, now is in the "games with gold" new game - Mafia II. Till now, i downloaded this games for gold without any problems, but now, this game is not free for my region (Czech republic - -in Europe). My question is, why i pay for gold account, if i dont get
the games?? (sory for my english)
