    CRiMiNaL SA-Sorry to hear that you are still unable to connect to multilplayer. What I was referring to when I asked your region, was the area that you are physically located. I am just trying to narrow down where the root of this issue is
    coming from. In the past have you been able to connect to multiplayer at all? Are you able to use other apps such as Netlix, Internet Explorer ect.?

    So the support guy is telling you to do what the xbox already to you to do. I think people come here for help, not automated answers that don't work, for a problem they've already tried to fix using the system.
