Problem with network xboxone

Hi,

I have problem When I used cable (Internet) in Xbox one but When I used it in my computer it's good and my connection is good.

But When I used Wireless in Xbox one it's work and sometime work with cable but I can't play Multiplayer also show me this service is unavailable and sometime show me this

Windows 8.1 not seeing XBox One

If you are on the same network on Windows 8.1 and cant see xboxone go to command prompt and run ipconfig /release run ipconfig /flushdns run ipconfig /renew this should solve problem with not seeing device on network.

 

Xboxone no startet

I have problem with my xboxone. Imust aktualiesieren and after was the xboxone black tv. Istarting the xboxone and hold 10 second the start. Now is the xboxone greenshot with the 3 point but the xboxone dashboard come not ? Please help me

Sorry to hear about the network issues, it is possible that there was a service alert when you were experiencing the issue. If you are still experiencing this issue I recommend trying a few steps.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes.
  
• Plug in your console.
• Power on your console.
• Test the multiplayer connection on Xbox One.
  
• If the test is not successful, the troubleshooter will try to identify the problem.
  

Please let us know if you receive an error message after completing the multiplayer connection test and we will go from there. You can also view additional steps on our Test

Thinks for helping me.

1-In forza5 I received (unable to join session). In titanfall I didn't received message but can't play online, and another games I received this message (unable to connect to server at this time. Please check your network connection and try again later).

2-It Happens in all games

3-Didn't successful and says not connected (your network isn't set up.)

By the way my network connection is working very well in my console,but still not working with multiplayer

Sorry to hear that you are still unable to play multiplayer games. Lets try a few other troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this sorted.

Please try the following steps:

• Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem or gateway for 5 minutes.
  
• Turn off your Xbox One console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5 seconds.
  
• After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for it to power on.
  
• If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
  
• Repeat the process to test your multiplayer connection.
• If you still are receiving a network error, try using a different Ethernet cable.
  

I also recommend checking in network settings to see what your current NAT type is. It should display open, if it is not set to open, it can effect your ability to play multiplayer games. Let us know what you see for your NAT type and if you are still
unable to connect.

 

I did all that but still same problem.

This is the exact same problem I've been having for the past 3 days. Something is going on. This isn't an individual problem.

 

Don't bother doing all that network trouble shooting. The problem isn't our connection or we wouldn't have any Internet going on to our boxes period. I still can but stuff, watch Netflix etc. My problem is not xbone specific either is on my 360 too.

 

Okay, but what is Solution.The wire better than Wireless.
