Problem with Netflix

Hello!

I am wondering if it is still necessary to buy the Live Gold to have access to Netflix.

I read that in 2014 this has changed, but the official Microsoft website says otherwise.

Problem with Netflix

Xbox One S. All other apps are working fine. The tv is a TCL 49s405 with 4K and HDR. The Xbox input on the tv is set to HDMI 2.0.

When I launch Netflix I get the Netflix splash screen, then a black screen and then the signal is lost. No error message. If I set the tv input to HDMI Auto Detect then I don't even get the splash screen.

I've recycled the console. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have the same problem.

Problem with netflix

Netflix on my xbox one keeps giving me the "problem with payment, go to Netflix.com/payment to update payment info". So I go there and it says everything is current. Netflix works fine on my laptop and on my mobile device but the xbox one keeps saying
I need to update payment info.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but it doesn't change.

Has anyone run into this problem and how can I fix it?

Since March 2014 you dont need xbox live gold membership to have access to Netflix. The Netflix membership is another matter as you have to pay Netflix service after the first free month

I'm having this problem too. But every time I try to re download it, it only downloads to 79%.

I can also watch it on my phone but not on my xbox.

I'm with the same problem, every time I try to change the language to English (5.1 or stereo), Netflix shows an error message (without error code) and shut down. After 3 tryes, the movie became impossible to play, even in portuguese (it loads until 99%,
then do not load anymore).

The same happens in Fifa. When I tried to start, the game was shut down after the begining screen.

Do anyone found a solution?

Same issue for my xbox one in Mexico. really bad this app, i hate the tv shows and movies in spanish, :S
