Problem with NBA 2K18 for XBOX 360

Hello. I have a problem. Seven days ago, my parents bought me NBA 2K18 from XBOX LIVE on my XBOX 360. I installed the game. When I turned it on for the first time, I received a message saying that the game cannot be started. I restarted the console and turned
it off of the power supply. I turned on the game again. This time I received a message that the disc could not be read. I was very surprised because the game is not on disk. Every day I delete the game and then try to install it, but I cannot. Because it's
been happening for a week, every day several times, and I cannot play my game, I want you to send me a game disk or give me the money back.

Hello. Thank you for your answer. I followed your instructions to delete the last update and I did it. Then I tried to start the game and I received a message saying ,, The disc cannot be read”.
Can u help me solving this problem.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As you're experiencing difficulty with the refund webform, you may wish to try using a different device or web browser when trying to fill it out if you've already cleared your cache and cookies in the browser.

Alternatively, should you continue to have difficulty with the webform, then you may want to request a call back from Xbox Support to have them assist you with the refund process or troubleshoot the issue with the webform.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on
Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available. If the option for call back is not available at all for your region, a phone number will be provided for you
to use for contact.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get 2k18 to play on your 360. I can understand how this could be totally frustrating. I suggest to try rolling back your console's updates following the steps outlined in Solution
7 of
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.

Microsoft and Xbox customer support is not present in these forums and have no access to anyone's account. If the game does not work, and you are unsatisfied, then I would highly recommend

requesting a refund from the website, as it's the only means to get one.

When you get the chance, try that step and let us know if that helped.

I've made a refund request but not succesfuly.

I knew my order number and click Yes to continue. When support asked me to explane the actions what I have made the page return me in beginng of support page.

But I have been there before and I explaned my problem to you.

What is the way to return my money back?
