problem with my xbox one

Discus and support problem with my xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have problem with my xbox one. It won't startup and It shows message with error "0x800706ba"!!!! Can anybody help me???... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by AmeenH Q77Q, Nov 4, 2016.

    I have problem with my xbox one. It won't startup and It shows message with error "0x800706ba"!!!!

    Problem with my Xbox One

    So this isn't really to the console but I have no xbox live gold on my account, it ran out, so I bought a 12 Month Gold membership and all it says is I already have a gold membership which makes no sense because it won't let me play online and my gold did
    run out.....I need help

    Problem with my Xbox One

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining why your console is banned.

    You can also log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/Home     to see any enforcement action on your account although i'm not 100% sure if console bans show up there.

    Is it possible that someone else is using your console when you're away?

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with starting up your Xbox One. To start things off, please try fully powering down your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Once your Xbox One is shut off, unplug it completely and wait 30 seconds, then
    try powering it back on. Keep us in the loop with how it goes problem with my xbox one :)

    Make sure you unplug anything you dont need in, eg kinect external hdd. and see how that goes.
