    Problem with my Xbox one s


    I just need help Finding out what happen to my Xbox and how to fix it. It started yesterday I get home from work turned on the Xbox and it shows the Factory Menu like when you first buy a Xbox I put in the language, date, time, internet
    and I had to sign in my account like it was never there. Now it does this every single time I turn off my Xbox and come back later to play I have to do this all over again. But luckily not all my games were deleted, I just need someones help telling what's
    wrong with my Xbox Thank you.

    Downloads slow down and eventually stop

    Hdr washed out colors and dimmer during hdr content

    I am having the same problems here with my Xbox One S and my Samsung KS8000.

    The first time I used my Xbox One S HDR was fine. After a preview update the problem appeared. I reverted back to the normal update and still same problem.

    I changed some video settings like putting 12 bit colors and now the HDR problem looks solved. But definitely the Xbox one S has some HDR issues.

    Same problem here. Xbox one S. My black xbox one signs in just fine. Gone through networking troubleshooting, and everything points to the XB one S.

    Can't access Xbox live in 360 games on my Xbox one.

    Fixed it by trading in my old xBox One in for a One S. Problem solved!
