Problem with my xbox one repair ! not happy

I have sent my XBOX ONE on repair to Microsoft but when I go on the xbox online service center to track my order I saw a red notification that said that my xbox could not be repaired because XBOX 360s are not covered by warranties anymore.... Is this just
a small bug or is Microsoft really going to send me my broken xbox back?

Sorry, we are unable to play this disc.

My roommate had this same problem. Just return it or send it to xbox for repair.

Not happy with my xbox one

I respect the opinions you state, although as someone who works with audio day to day I get a little defensive with your #6.

The Kinect microphone and the software behind it is AMAZING technology. I'm not sure how far away you are from your sensor but I would guess in the area of 6'+ (2 meters) put your smart phone that distance away and see how well it picks you up...then go
ahead and add some background noise to that test.

if it is under a year old then they should repair it, if not take it up with the retailer you purchased from, if over a year then warranty will be out anyway.

Just received my Xbox from repair center. I just downloaded the games listed above with the problems. I am happy to say that the problem has been fixed. Though I wished Microsoft told me what the problem was or how they fixed it, but I am happy that they got to fix it.

I recently had the same problem. My old Xbox 360 stopped reading discs. Unfortunately, it's outside the one year warranty for that particular repair. You'll have to purchase a new console. But trust me, it's worth it. I got a 4GB Slim with a 320GB HDD. I'm
happy with it.
