problem with my Xbox one games and my apps

I'm not sure what kind of issue you are experiencing, you can also upload those photos on a platform like imgur and post them here. If the hard reset/power cycle doesn't work it's also worth a try to do a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so

Thanks for the fast reply but this did not help me with my problem. except from the xbox beta app i have no problems playing games with my wireless xbox 360 controller on my win 10 pc. i would consider buying an xbox one controller if that would solve
the problem. does the xbox beta app (game pass for win 10) support the xbox 360 controller normally?

Roughly speaking, my Problem has to do with this app: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/xbox-apps/devkit-activation . With that, you can test your own developed games on the XBox One.

But ist not this step but the "next step" which is the Problem. I used the Developer Mode App on my XBox and my game finally runs smoothly on the box itself. Thus, I wanted to publish my game into the store, but there, I can't Access the age Rating.

My xbox one is really quiet compared to my Xbox 360. Used to have issues with apps, DVDs and games not loading but turning off instant on and changing to power saver fixed that problem.

[/quote] Really? I can check and see all of my achievements no problem. Xbox One Smartglass app, I believe is completely different from the Xbox 360 Smartglass app.
