    Problem with my xbox one controller on pc


    Hi,

    Recently, my controller stopped working properly. It keeps disconnecting/reconnecting every 30 seconds. The problem come from the connection between the wire and the controller. If I want to use it, I have to no move anymore, otherwhise it would disconnect
    the controller.

    I purchased the controller on Amazon in April, Amazon redirected me to the Microsoft support, but it is absolutely impossible for me to have at least a way to do my request.

    If i want to chat with someone from Microsoft, I can't because i can't go trought step 1. I am connected with my microsoft account but the two fields name and firstname are empty (even if they are not when I look at my profile).

    I come from Luxembourg and I can change it 6 monthes after the purchased for a
    manufacturing problem.

    What sould I do ? I have been looking 3 hours for this problem...

    I have a problem with my Xbox One S controller.

    Hello, I have a problem with my Xbox One S controller when I connect it on the PC to my brother with Bluetooth, it works perfectly and when I want to connect it to my PC with Bluetooth it continues flashed.
    I know the method to connect the Xbox One controller. It is not necessary to show me a support link for how to connect the controller. My problem comes from Windows 10, it is broken at a certain place. I want to play with my controller.

    Controller connected to PC for power, stop working every 2 or 3 days.

    Hi, I have a problem with the Xbox One controller since the PC driver was released few weeks (or months?) ago. Since I'm not using batteries, I have my controller connected to my PC to power it up. The issue is, whenever the PC driver for the controller
    got installed, the controller will vibrate when I turn it on and it won't work on my Xbox One. The only workaround so far is to:

    1. remove the controller (and uninstall driver) from the Device Management console
    2. turn it back on again, and sync with my Xbox One.
    The problem is, every 2 or 3 days, the PC driver will automatically reinstall thus I need to do the workaround all over again.

    Is there any fix? Hopefully there's gonna be a switch soon to enable or disable the controller with PC use.

    xbox one X controller keeps disconnecting!!

    Yes I connected the controller to my PC and it's working fine. And yeah, my Xbox One X is close to my PS3, PS4, TV, and PC. But even with my past Xbox One X system that was placed beside my other systems and didn't have this problem. So, what can we do?
    Because yesterday I did the reset thing and the controller connected to my Xbox One X and now same problem. Any help? Thanks.

    I had the same problem as everyone in this thread.

    I updated the controller with a Xbox One and now it works well on my PC.
