    Problem with my Xbox One console/software


    Hi guys, I've owned my Xbox One S for a few months now and a few games I have played have rendering issues where there is a noticeable delay in the graphics loading. This was on Shadow of War, COD WW2, Fallout 4 and now PUBG.

    Shadow of War was mainly the ground not rendering. COD WW2 was the initial load scenes of a War match not loading properly (the guys jumping from a truck and you can see the body of the truck, just no details).

    I have watched plenty of YouTube videos and Live streams to see if others have this issue and I haven't seen it replicated once. Last night when I played PUBG I ran into a building and it took 10 seconds for anything to render.

    If it was just PUBG then I would put it down to the fact the game is incomplete however I have it across all of my games which has given me cause for concern.

    I would like advice on whether it's my Xbox One S which is faulty (highly unlikely imo) or if it's a Software problem.

    I have taken photos on my phone of PUBG as it's so bad so not sure if I can upload them as I'm a newcomer to these parts

    Problem with software bundled with Xbox One

    Depending on the bundle, you should have either a physical disc of the game or a card with a code for the game in the console box. If you don't see either, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from.

    Problem with software bundled with Xbox One

    I bought my Xbox One yesterday and it came bundled with The Division. I just might be an idiot, but I haven't still figured out how to claim the game. I can't even find any kind of instructions for it anywhere.

    Unable to attach a picture for some reason so added to Imgur to show you what I mean. It's same kind of issue in the other games mentioned. I have sold COD WW2 and Shadow of War otherwise I would take more photos.

    I've just notice simular topic on this forum. From there I'ts seams it is a software problem. Kind of relife. Its anoing but not game breaker. And the software issue can be software patch.

    I was afrate it would be a hardware failure
    It's definitely a software problem as I've seen this problem many times with people in the insider program. If you are not in the preview program it could be from a game/app crash, a power supply failing or overheating.

    This was posted in the Xbox One Forum. But the new update addresses: The Xbox 360 console software is updated periodically with new features. If you're having one of the following problems, updating your console software might fix the problem:

    •Dashboard themes don't appear.

    •Avatars are missing.

    •The Kinect sensor doesn't work (flashing green or red sensor light).

    This could be a hardware problem or a software problem, and I'm leaning towards a software problem.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution     and select the option "I Need to Troubleshoot A System Update Error" Then your console version, then "I Am Experienceing A Startup Issue". Then "Black Screen". Follow the instructions.
