    Problem with my xbox one chat headset.


    I am having problem with my chat headset. I can hear everyone but no one can hear me. i have checked whether i m suspended or not, but it shows i have a perfect record. So that means my headset have some issues. Please help me !!!

    Xbox One Headset Doesn't Work In Party Chat

    My headset that came with the Xbox One no longer works in Xbox Live Party Chats. Before, whenever I could get into Xbox Live Party Chats, the headset would work perfectly fine. However, one day my Xbox One was experiencing some freezing and loading issues
    so I had to power it down completely, unplug it and turn it back on. After doing so I noticed my headset no longer worked during Party Chats. When plugged in, I can turn the volume up/down and hear the beeps and the mute indiciator turns on/off. I usually
    use Skype when there's issues with the Xbox Party Chat and there's no issues whatsoever with my headset using Skype. The problem is strictly isolated to party chats. It's very strange. I've checked my settings and they all seem to be in order. My headset is
    not faulty, so I'm not sure how to correct this issue.

    I would really appreciate if someone could assist me on getting this fixed. Incredibly annoying problem.

    XBOX ONE Chat Adaptor for use of any compatible headsets

    I recently purchased a ' XBOX ONE Chat Adaptor for use of any compatible headsets' - the problem im having and noticing is that if I pull out my audio jack and then reinsert it, it restarts my xbox one games, this has happened on spartan **** and
    FIFA 14.

    It it is how ever intermittent - I've updated my controller and chat adaptor how ever even with resetting back factory settings the issue is still there..

    the headsets I use is the official xbox 360 chat headset as well as my Turtle beach xp400 with chat cable.

    Xbox X headset no game volume

    Hello Benbo, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your headset.

    It sounds like your headset has a separate volume and chat mixer. One of the volumes that you've turned all the way up is the mixer and should be to at least the half way point in order to hear both the chat and game.

    I had this exact same problem for a bit with one of my headsets and that was the the problem

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums regarding this situation. Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your chat headsets, unfortunately there is no news regarding Xbox releasing a wireless chat headset at this moment. I know the Xbox
    360 Console had the small Wireless Chat Headset unfortunately there is nothing at the moment for the Xbox One.

    I understand that you don't have the need for a wireless stereo headset but if you would like a wireless headset that would be what is available at the moment. If you do wish to use a chat headset then you would have to opt for the wired options that we
    have online on the
    Xbox Accessories     site.
