    Problem with my xbox live gold


    I recently bought a 12 months xbox live gold subscription that is supposed to be available until 2019/02/12. But the problem is that I can't play online or join a group. If I try to do so, I'm just gonna be sent a message by xbox telling me to by a new gold
    membership, even if my actual gold subscription is still in use. I don't want to pay another 60 bucks just because of a glitch or something...please help me

    I have a problem with my account, I have a subscription in Xbox Live Gold, and this ends on October 10, 2017. My problem is, I can not do anything related with Xbox Live Gold, I can not join in parties and I can not play Online.

    How can solve this problem? Help me please.

    If you remove your profile from the console, then power cycle the console, then sign back into your profile, do you still see the same issue when you try to play online?

    Sorry for the late response, turns out that it was just a temporary glitch or something. My gold came back maybe 2 days after I posted my message, so I don't really know what happened here, and I've never seen this before, but thanks for your time and your
