    Problem with my Xbox Live Gold subscription.


    Hello / Good evening.

    Since yesterday evening (on 27/10/2017), I meet a problem with my Xbox One. I am indeed a holder of a subscription Xbox Live Gold of a duration of 3 months, expiring on 01/01/2018. But, since yesterday, as said previously, I cannot reach certain features
    of Gold as, join / create a group of chat, or to play GTA 5 Online. A page opens and suggests me buying a subscription (that I already have), or then a message appears by telling me that my profile is not authorized to reach the on-line mode, or certain features.
    I am thus unable to play on-line. I have nevertheless always access to the free games(sets) which you propose.

    Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

    Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

    But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.
