    PROBLEM WITH MY XBOX LIVE GOLD CARD


    I got a Xbox Live GOLD card and when I tried to actived the card in my Xbox One, it shows the next message: "Something happened in our side. Wait a moment, it can be useful"

    This card is a 12 months one, so we need a solution for our problem.

    Hi All,

    Forgive my ignorance, but my wife just bought $60 gift cards that certainly appear to be for a 12 month XBOX Live Gold Subscription.

    Our intent was to buy gift cards for my nephews that they can spend whatever they want.

    Do the gift cards have to be spent on the Gold subscription, or can they be spent elsewhere?

    I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.

    Same thing. Microsoft...I'm going to make this very clear. I may have a visa gift card that i'm using for my purchases, but it doesnt matter. I can buy microsoft points online both on the console and on the xbox with this card YET i can not buy xbox gold
    membership for live. sssooooo there cant be a problem with the card because it works for everything else, just not live. SSSOOOOOO there for there is a problem with your services and not my card.
