    Problem with my xbox live account


    Hi everyone,

    yesterday I tried to play online with my live account, but it didn't work.

    So I entered my account on the PC to verify if my subscription was paid, but I saw something strange: the name of my account was different. I checked the chronology of my payments and it resulted that I've never done any payment.

    The e-mail and my name are correct, but the player name is not mine.

    On the X-Box everything's alright (even my player name) but the live connection doesn't work. What the hell happened?

    Please help me to understand and to find a solution. Problem with my xbox live account :(

    Thanks I appreciate the help. I just rememebered the password for my old account from 360, but I wasn't paying another $50 for 2 gold accounts.

    you will need to make other consoles forget your password. See the require password section on this link

    support.xbox.com/.../password-protect-account     after that other consoles will require the new password to be entered

    If you are suspended for payment issues, you will need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) to discuss options. How was your password changed and you don't know what it is?
