    Problem with my xbox 360 account


    I've done some change in my settings in my xbox 360 and after this situation I couldn't connect with xbox live. So I decided to download again my account. And again after I did it now I can't event download my profile and I get communication that my data is suspect or something like that and I have code 8015190A. PLS HELP :C

    I got app, I've changed my avatar and after I log in to my account still have the information:
    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."

    Hey there, so is the account affected the one you're posting on? The profiles have changed on xbox.com so I can't tell if you've had a Gamerscore reset.

    Have you checked your emails to see if they've sent anything in regards to enforcement account being taken on the account?
