    Problem with my xbox 360 account


    So i just went on Xbox Live and played COD AW and have a look at my achievements and there all gone and my gamerscore is 0 and i have been playing for 8 years on this account and was like near or on 200,000 G, also my account background the one i paid for
    isn't showing up. if someone on the support team could fix this problem for me asap please.

    i did this on my 360 even though I had an xbox one. Although my account had a cpl of problems and I had to go through 4 levels of support to fix it

    Thanks I appreciate the help. I just rememebered the password for my old account from 360, but I wasn't paying another $50 for 2 gold accounts.

    Hey there, so is the account affected the one you're posting on? The profiles have changed on xbox.com so I can't tell if you've had a Gamerscore reset.

    Have you checked your emails to see if they've sent anything in regards to enforcement account being taken on the account?

    You might be able to find out more information in the bans/suspensions forums here:

    I got app, I've changed my avatar and after I log in to my account still have the information:
    "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."
