    Problem with my Redeem code.


    Hello, I bought a xbox gift card for the first time, I went to store and click on use code then redeem the code. When i try to play online i can't. it keep on asking me to pay or used a code. When i put my code again it prompt "This code has already been
    redeemed". Please my someone tell me what can i do to have my code on xbox live so i can't play with my friends

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    Need help getting my live to work

    I have the same problem I bought a digital code for xbox live, my money is gone but no live. Where is the redeem code? I suppose Microsoft will send me the redeem code to my email or live will start to work automatically.

    Moreover, it's IMPOSSIBLE, to email a problem and those automated virtual 'helperd' don't hepp at all!!!
