Problem with my profile. (Can't find a place to put this)

Hello, everyone.

So I have this problem where I cannot change my,

1) Location

2) Name

3) Bio

On my X-Box 360. If I go to the website, however, I can change all of it.

Is there a fix? Because it is quite annoying to have to turn my laptop on and I also haven't gotten an email saying my account changing or something like that is suspended and it has been quite a while. I have deleted and re-downloaded my profile and that hasn't
worked.

80004005 ERROR -__- NAT is OPEN.....

I have this exact problem with my account as well. i couldn't connect so i deleted my profile and cleared my cashe only to find i can't download my profile due to Error 80004005 - unable to download profiles at this time.

Go to my account-> manage profile and account settings. Make sure profile visibility is on and yeah.
