Problem with my profile "360" on Xbox one and backward compatibility

i use the same profile on 360 and one.

but when i start a 360's game on my Xbox one i see a message like this "downloading 360 information" (but i think nothing was downloaded), then when the game said me "push start" and i do, he ask me to download a profile(but i am log in already on the Xbox
one and my 360's profile is the same) and if i push "ok" a message alert me "not possible download.......not possibile access to xboxlive....blabla...."try your internet connection", i try and all is ok.

i have only 1 profile, why 360's games on Xbox one dont find him??

Backward compatibility is not that important.

I am "happy" to know that other people have same error, because i try every solution: cancel my profile, use a new profile, ri-download my profile on Xbox one and also on 360.

Nothing work, nothing have sense.

I try to play a new title on 360 and do some achivements, to test if my profile on Xbox one is update and yes, it is. So my profile Gandino is the same on every Xbox.

I can cancel from One my profile and download again, my NAT is open and internet connection works fine. What' the problem when i play 360's games?

I spend a lot of time to find a solution.

if you have this stupid *** problem, you need to drop your Ethernet cable, and use wifi to connect your one to internet.

Don't ask me why, but in this way when you launch 360's game on Xbox one your profile can be downloaded on The Xbox one console.

Try some time, is possible that you see this error: 80151904 but try until the profile start downloading.

No one in Xbox.com know this solution? Is a bug?

 

The problem is not resolve totally.

Because if you restart to use Ethernet connection on your xboxone, the bug come back and you will not able to connect your 360 profile to internet. You can play only offline with retro compatibily.

The 360 console emulate on your Xbox one(and all his games) work online only with a wifi connection. If you use an Ethernet cable is not possible go online.

My 360 (my real 360) use an Ethernet cable to go online, because have not wifi on my console version. But All work good. So The problem is not my profile, is a bug on The Xbox one.

 

I had same problem but it has fixed now.

In my case, Xbox One network setting about DNS showed IPv6 address, although I didn't use IPv6 connection.

I tried to change the DNS address manually in Xbox settings, but it wasn't changed correctly . So I changed my home network rooter settings about DNS from "Auto" to "Manual IP"( dns address provided by your internet provider) .

Then, backward compatibility was working well, my Xbox 360 profile download started.
