    Problem with my login informations when I launch gta IV on xbox series S


    I bought gta IV on xbox series S and when I launch the game I am asked if I want to connect to be able to save my progress. When I click on download the profile and put my email address and passwords it says "A problem has occurred with your login information. To solve the problem go to https://account.live.com 80070665B when I go to the given site I can't find where to solve the problem do you have a solution? Thanks

    Ok I have both versions of GTA downloaded on my series x the Xbox one version works fine on the series x I then downloaded the series s/x version on the series x I then launched the game and it gives the error message

    Ive had this same problem for about a week now.

    Nobody else is trying to play on my other xbox and if i log in to my ms account, the only 2 devices are mine so i dont think anybody outside my household so dont think ive been hacked and someone using my login or game pass.

    Games are unplayable now because its happening every few minutes saying game has been started somewhere else.. this only happens on my Series S not on my Series X.

    I regret to inform you that GTA+ benefits can be claimed only in the Xbox Series X|S edition of the game.
    As you’re playing the old gen GTA, that’s why the rewards don’t work.
