Problem with my live gold access.

Hello and thank you for taking time to read my post.

I've been experiencing issues with my microsoft account, 2 issues till now since i bought an xbox one and tried to go live gold.

The first issues is that i bought a prepaid code for a 12 month Live Gold acces, that i couldn't use. The error said " Une erreur est survenue, veuillez réessayer ultérieurement", which is in french, meaning that a problem occured and asking me to retry
again, which i did, with no better luck. I've contacted the support but all the answers they gave me didn't work for me, so i finally accepted loosing a bit more than 50€ and moved on...

I decided then to register on the Xbox live gold by buying only a one month acces. I tried to play Fifa 17 online, It worked for a while before it stopped working. When i try to play Fifa online it says that my profile doesn't have the privileges required
to access this functionality, while on my microsoft account i clearly see that my access is still working till the 22 of February 2017.

What is weird is that i can play with my account online from another Xbox One of a friend of mine, but i cannot play online from my own. Plus, from my Xbox, i am able to play online from the account of that same friend and it works just fine.

Yesterday i tried again and i was able to play one single football match from my console, then the same issue occured again.

Moreover, since every month there are 4 free games, i can install every single one of them freely just like if a have the access gold and play anyone i want.

Please help me deal with this issue, and thank you for reading this once again.

Purchase taken in my Paypal account but not access to Xbox Live Gold

Hello,

I paid my Xbox Live Gold subscription with Paypal Method [Mod removed] but I have not access to Xbox Live services. What is the problem ?

I have a problem connecting to xbox live.

On Friday, 13.10.17 I ended up with a valid live gold account, so on Saturday 14.10.17 I bought and extended access to the xbox live gold subscription.

Unfortunately, when I login to my console profile I can not connect to xbox live. It shows: error 80151909.

How can I solve this problem?

Sorry to hear about the frustrations you're experiencing with your Xbox Live Gold. We sometimes see issues like this crop up when there is a mismatch between a user's account region and their physical location. First thing you'll want to do is make sure
that your Xbox Live account region matches your physical location and if not, you'll want to
migrate it. If that didn't work (or your regions already match), you'll want to reach out and chat with

phone team. They'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what's going on there than we can.
