Hello,

That's my problem is my kinect last night and today run all nothing more than seeing more of voice command. Is this a problem from the beta preview xbox one experience or is it out of service?

How to check if it is out of service or if it is the update?

Problem with kinect

Cant process the update. And my kinect dont work he cant see me.The xbox is xbox360 slim

Kinect problem

When I plays my kinect like 30 minutes and overheat. But when my kinect is overheat it ciomes two error messages. First is Kinect sensor needs to restart and the second is A problem occured with your kinect sensor (C000009C) I even try power cycle on my
console and clear the system caches, both did not fix my problem. Anyone can help me fix this problem??

I belive this is a kinect issue. I unplugged my Kinect and it stopped all my headset problems

well, my replacement kinect just died completely now. On to my 3rd kinect. MS is going to have a ton of problems on their hands if these kinects are built so poorly. The console was "built to last" this time, but they ignored the mandatory kinect.

New Kinect has been working with my original Xbox One flawlessly. It seems to be the Kinect that's the problem.

It appears that there is an intermittent Kinect driver issue, which turns it on, off and calibrates it. Yesterday I found there was a problem of Kinect sign in, giving me a code 0x80a40008, but also noticed there was an issue of the Kinect working properly.
I did a hard reset, and factory reset, but when I did a factory reset, the Kinect refused to calibrate before I entered my sign in information (it should calibrate the Kinect before the sign in info is entered, not after). I redid the factory reset which then
it calibrated the Kinect before I entered my sign in info.

With the Kinect drivers, it turns it on through software (not hardware switching) as well as overall function of it. Persistent cashe might be part of the problem, where the cashe is overloading the driver function, but I think the driver in the Kinect might
be the sole source of the problem, where the drivers in the console and in the Kinect don't communicate well. Might need a revision of the driver software in both the Kinect and console to resolve the problem.
