Hi guys, a few days ago I bought the game "Dragon ball xenoverse + the season pass" which included 3 DLC's that I installed, but when I open the game I do not appear, what can I do?

Problem with my games.

Hello, I have a problem with the transfer of license for Xbox One. When I launch my games that I buy with my profile (and that I connect to it) he tells me to launch with the account to which I buy the game but yet I am on the account. Can you add one or two license transfers please to play my games. (And sorry for that English I use google translations.)

Region problem with my game

That´s little problematic...

The MS points codes and promotional games codes has region specific...

You can´t download in romania live because that one is (probaly) a US live code and only in US live you can rescue and if that game has block by IP if you actualy living in Romania you can´t download EVEN!!!

Because of that you have tobe careful when you buy your console and games because:

MS dosen´t refund

Promotion codes only works in their "home" regions nad MS dosen´t exchange...

For try to make a solution first search if Kinect stars wars is region free (i belive his is region locked) if the answer is yes... the only solution is use that code in NTSC console and in US account..

If not only open a us account and download from that (and see if has IP block too).

I dont really understand what you say. Do you mean that dlcs do not appear on game? If that so, make sure you have installed everything properly. Also, most of the content wont be available from the beginning of the game, you will have to progress in order
to access the content.

If this is not your problem just please give me more details.

If it appears, try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

well if you downloaded to your colsole useing his profile the games will only work on his profile not yours you should had used his card under your profile and downloaded the games so he benefeded on it this time sorry

better yet just buy a microsoft point card and put the code on your profile
