    is problem can only be resolve by calling Xbox support

    only they know what's wrong with your account's billing and such

    Hi everyone. I have a serious issue. So yesterday i gave my billing info for buying gold membership. I chose the trial version for free and it was on auto renewal. Now i want to remove all my billing info however it says that you need first to remove the
    auto renewal or give new credit card info. I surfed on Youtube and it clearly showed how to turn auto renewal off. It says that you should go to subscription and turn it off from there. However when i go to subscription it doesn't show any transaction , so
    i actually can't turn off my auto renewal cause i don't see it! Please could you help me with this serious problem ASAP
