Problem with my account

In my account is blocked like or comment on posts, and their share in the activity feed (community in the NXE). This problem is on Xbox One, in the Xbox app in Windows 10 and in the browser on xbox.com. My home network is ok, other accounts works all right.

This problem has been going on at least 3 weeks.

Problem with my account.

I hve fixed this problem myself after hours of tedious work. Just shows how *** xbox support are. They didnt have a clue what they were doing once i told them and me (A 14 year old who DOSENT work for microsft) fixed my xbox myself

No one from Microsoft reads these forums.

Check the settings on your profile or if you are in the preview program then post in the preview forums

In setting my profile, I did not change anything, but to be sure I checked it and everything ok. I'm in the preview program, I wrote into the Xbox Early Access forum, but without response.

My profile is completely messed up it will not load saved data online i reset xbox to factory default and now my profile just about completely does not work.

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
