problem with my account

I too got an email saying there is a problem with my account. But I’ve known that for years. Two or three years ago my rewards credits stopped depositing into my account. Nobody seems to know how to fix it. And now I’m waiting for them to be deposited into
my Microsoft rewards account but that doesn’t seem to want to happen either. It’d be nice if I could get an actual response to my problem instead of automated emails telling me the same thing over and over.

Problem with my account.

I hve fixed this problem myself after hours of tedious work. Just shows how *** xbox support are. They didnt have a clue what they were doing once i told them and me (A 14 year old who DOSENT work for microsft) fixed my xbox myself

Hello EmanueleL89,

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
