Problem with my account

Every month I get an email saying there’s a problem depositing my credits. This problem Thad been ongoing for s few years. I haven’t had a credit deposit in over a year. The last time they had to manually force it. Can we do that again. Since the problem
isn’t getting fixed.

Problem with my account.

I hve fixed this problem myself after hours of tedious work. Just shows how *** xbox support are. They didnt have a clue what they were doing once i told them and me (A 14 year old who DOSENT work for microsft) fixed my xbox myself

Hi VULGAR DISPLAYz. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts
the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved.
While their fix was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We will be processing another manual batch for those with your error within the next two deposit dates. We apologize
for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
